These terms cover your use of friendlyfuelclub.com and the price information, alerts and messages provided by Friendly Fuel Club LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Price information

Prices we publish or send come from our calls to dealers, prices dealers report to us, and state price surveys. Each price is dated and labeled with its source; How we collect prices explains the details. Prices change often and may differ by delivery size, payment terms and location, so always confirm the price with your dealer before you order. We work to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee it.

Friendly Fuel Club LLC runs both this price list and the buyers club. When the club's own price is listed, it is sorted with every other price, lowest first.

We are not a fuel dealer

We do not sell or deliver fuel. Any purchase is between you and the dealer, who is responsible for delivery, billing and service.

Membership

Club membership is optional and covered by separate member terms, which you will see and accept before you pay any fee. Reserving a founding membership is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If you signed up before memberships open and join in the first month they're open, you can join at the founding rate. The price and terms of membership are set by the member terms.

Messages you send us

Anything you send us must be accurate and yours to share. We use it to answer you and to run the site and club.

Text messages and email

Texts from us are covered by our SMS terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or copy our price data in bulk for commercial use without our permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and information are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Friendly Fuel Club LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, and our total liability will not exceed $100.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.
